Jenni Jones teaches classes for the journey into pregnancy and beyond. Come together and relax, stretch, strengthen and breathe into motherhood.
From fertility and conception right through pregnancy, to babies crawling, yoga can support us at every stage. Jenni is also a doula and has worked with women in Liverpool for over 15 years.

The next 6 week baby courses start on Monday 8th September Baby Massage, suitable for over 4 weeks is at 10.30am, Baby Yoga, suitable for over 8 weeks, is at 1pm. We are in West Derby Village in St Mary's Millennium Centre. Any questions get in touch. I'd love to see you both. 6 week baby courses are £48. There are no classes on bank holiday Mondays.
